The bird's nest behind the motherboard tray is choking your airflow. I redo it front and back, Velcro instead of zip ties so the next upgrade isn't a fight. Sleeved extensions and 3D-printed combs if you want it to look the part.

I run the machine hard for an afternoon — FurMark and Cinebench for temps, CrystalDiskInfo for drive health and remaining life, MemTest86 if the RAM looks shaky. You get the actual numbers back, not a green tick. Repaste and a dust-out included if it needs one.

ATA Secure Erase — a firmware-level wipe that clears the drive at the physical level, not just the file table. NIST 800-88 compliant, with a Certificate of Data Erasure naming the method used per drive. For SSDs this is the method the manufacturer intends; endless overwrite passes just wear the cells for nothing.

Old paste goes hard and temps climb. Fresh paste applied to suit the chip — a blob on a big Ryzen heatspreader, a thin spread on a bare die. On something that's been cooking you'll usually get 8–12°C back. If you don't, it's the cooler mount or the airflow, and I'll say so rather than charge you twice.
